Lower Back Pain?
Do you suffer from low back pain? Strength training is
important! Studies have now associated chronic low back pain
with weak abdominal muscles. To protect your back, be sure
to strengthen your abdominal muscles, as well as your back,
shoulder and hip muscles. Also remember to gently stretch to
help remain flexible.
