Unhappy Missing my milk !!!

I must confess that I am so happy about being able to eat all the butter and steak and lobster w/butter yummmmy. But I really miss those big glasses of milk. I love milk I cannot help it. Way too many carbs for me at this stage of the game.

I have two comments about milk. 1) on PP you are permitted milk - just count the carbs. When I started out I would have 4 oz here and there because I too thought I could not get along w/o it. 2) You'll get over the addiction. Yes - sugar - addiction. If I can, anyone can I used to drink Skim Milk like I drink water now. I no longer miss it and use milk products solely to get my carbs up from time to time.
