Post LC/HF Green Tea/Peppermint Jello

I thought I would share my latest concoction. I accidentally forgot to add coffee to my hot water when I was making my LC/HF Coffee Jello (how do you forget that!??)
and so I tossed in a Green Peppermint tea bag at the last minute - and it tasted great! So this is my latest recipe...

LC/HF Green Tea/Peppermint Jello
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp Artificial Vanilla (no sugar)
1 tbsp bulk gelatin
3 tbsp New Zealand Whey Protein Powder (no sweetener)
175ml (3/4 cup) strong brewed Green Tea with Peppermint
Cinnamon

I brewed the tea with just one tea bag, for about 1/2 hour, tossed it all (except the cinnamon) in the blender for about 30 seconds on high. Pour into two small bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon - and place in the fridge to set.

I make this at breakfast time, and it's ready by lunch. I eat one for lunch, and wrap the second in plastic wrap for the next day (or the top gets crusty)

NOTE: I don't add any sweetener, so you will have to add to taste if you can't do without.

And before anyone asks...my Coffee Jello is the same recipe, just made with coffee instead.

LC/HF Coffee Jello
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp Artificial Vanilla (no sugar)
1 tbsp bulk gelatin
3 tbsp New Zealand Whey Protein Powder (no sweetener)
175ml (3/4 cup) strong brewed coffee
Cinnamon
