hiya im 19 and going back to college in sep its so hard doing a diet and eing at college because everytime its break/lunch time everyone else is grabbing crisps and chocolate and i feel so weird just munching on carrot sticks!!im not actually overweight when i weighed myself this morning i was 7st 8pounds and im 5,5 so i wanna gain a lil more weight but i also want to eat healthy im doing low carb anyone here wanna chat/share ideas??

Hi!

I'm excited to go back 40 lbs lighter than when I last left my classmates last year...

On Monday I have class from 1-7pm so I can grab lunch before school...

Wed and Thurs I have full days and intend to pretty much eat salads at school...my college has a great salad bar and lots of options and since being in ketosis my appetite is very small anyway
