Log this in to www.fitday.com and see what it says. Just by reading it...it didn't seem like it was very much food at all. I'd be surprised if it was even 1500 calories and I'm sure you were way under 20g of carbs.

Too much???? I think you need to eat MORE!! That's really not that much food.

In comparison - I had 2 scrambled eggs with a cup of veggies and a T of mayo for breakfast; chicken and cheese rolls for lunch (like 4-5 oz meat and 2 oz cheese); an Atkins bar as a snack (bad, I know!); and 4 oz of steak stir fried with 1.5 cups of veggies for dinner.

Take care, Julie

In my DANDR book, ch 21, Psychology of Weight Loss, At the end of the chapter -under 'don't go there' he says - Eating less than three times a day- don't go there. I tried this tactic (cutting out meals) in previous weight loss ventures and I gave up with a vengeance and added a ton more weight than what I was before I started. Good luck.

Pretty simple - take a thin slice of chicken (like shaved), wrap around thin slice of cheese. Eat with or without mayo.
