hmmmmmmmm sure sounds good chari

i was thinking of you on the weekend...i bought a Go Lean Cereal box and finished it but that was about a month ago...then i went again this weekend and even though its a green light i decided to read whats inside...did you know it has cane juices among other stuff thats not really on the green list and yet they say its a green light...so the ones i was buying at costco the organic mills had the same stuff as go lean and was told not good for the green light...going to have to buy 3inch glasses and go over both of them cereals and make sure whats really inside...

anyhow catch ya later bella
ciao ciao

Hey lanny!
Evaporated cane juice is sugar, but there is only 3 grams of sugar in a 1/2 cup serving of Kashi go lean. I guess that's why Rick says it's a green light food.

S: 5.5 oz low sodium v-8

L: Mexican bean and chicken soup
