S: 25 red seedless grapes
L: open face turkey (4 oz) on 5 gram fiber 100 % ww bread with homemade roasted red pepper hummus as spread, cucumbers, baby lettuce, and sweet peppers
S: homemade zucchini ww muffin
D: salad with 3 oz salmon, baby romaine, spring mix, carrots, cucumbers, scallions, red peppers, and homemade asian dressing
S: 3 cups popped corn with smart balance spray and 1 T parm
coffee with ff milk as creamer and sf hazelnut syrup
