B: yogurt parfait with sf nf vanilla yogurt and uncle sams cereal with fresh strawberry

S: triscuit thin crisps with turkey peperoni and laughing cow light french onion

D: 3 oz salmon with 2/3 cup brown rice and a salad

S: popcorn no oil added smart balance spray and parm.

Saw a comercial today for salad dressing spritzers, claims to be 1 calorie a spray, I am gonna check into that-what a great idea

L: open faced turkey (4 oz) on 100% stone ground high fiber ww bread(5 grams per slice), with homemade red pepper hummus spread and cucumbers

S: homemade zucchini muffin...yummy!

D: large salad with 3 oz salmon and homemade asian dressing

S: 3 cups popped corn no oil with smart balance spray and wee bit of parm.
