I would like to get in on the challenge. I really need some motivation and a big push into the new year. I want to be 165 by feb. 1st My plan treadmill 4x a week and ab workout 3x a week I need to drink more water and less diet soda!

I had a great day, I got my aerobics in this morning. I have two more bottles of water to drink before bedtime. I will make it. They are going to have to put my name on the restroom at work - I seem to be in there all the time! I kept my carbs elow 20 today.

Am I doing this right? I'm kind of lost. This site is either so different from what I am used to or I've gone completely stupid. How do I get to the main thread page so I can look at other threads and reply to them from there. Is there a guide for this site?

Hi Y'all.. here I am.. late to the party.. but since I'm not starting my goals until NEXT week, mabye that's ok. I'm setting my goals a little less tough than last time, so the challenge keeps me going without stressing me out too much.

Water 100oz 5/7 days
Crunches 5/7 days
Exercise 5 times/wk either weights or cardio (if I do both in a day, it's counts twice)

No food goals this time... I have some learning to do yet.. . I AM going back on it starting the first! Sigh... I'm approx 205 (yikes!).
