Hi Y'all.. here I am.. late to the party.. but since I'm not starting my goals until NEXT week, mabye that's ok. I'm setting my goals a little less tough than last time, so the challenge keeps me going without stressing me out too much.
Water 100oz 5/7 days
Crunches 5/7 days
Exercise 5 times/wk either weights or cardio (if I do both in a day, it's counts twice)
No food goals this time... I have some learning to do yet.. . I AM going back on it starting the first! Sigh... I'm approx 205 (yikes!).
