Default helpp!

So I just had a pizza that was 31 carbs. I've been doing this diet for the last three days and lost 6lbs... and I've been eating almost no carbs so far except for that pizza, will I wake up in the morning and gain weight? I've been eating good all day until dinner. I'm freaking out and really regretting my decision to eat that pizza..

You will be fine. You need to focus on getting back on the wagon.

What is your meal plan for the next 3 days? Get that squared away.

Be ready for any cravings by having some LC snacks around.

Get some exercise, the more intense the better as that will put the carbs in your muscle vs. your fat.

And stay away from the carbs!

How are you getting on? I'd think given that you're doing no carbs, you might have got off with the pizza. The problem isn't so much that you will gain loads, but that once you knock yourself out of ketosis, it can lead to a horrible day or two of cravings afterwards. Stick it out and by the following day, you should feel back on track. Next time, try eating the topping only, and stick to low-carb toppings - mushrooms, meat, etc.. (Doing some exercise after eating too many carbs is a great way of using them up quickly and getting back into ketosis).

Like the rest of the posters said just get back on track. I was surprised that the pizza only had 31 carbs but I digress.

Restart induction, commit to the full 2 weeks and you will be fine.

Good luck.
