Default My middle is being whittled down!

My Dad says I have less around the middle than I did a couple of weeks ago! He would not lie about that so I must be doing well!

That's excellent!!! I've only been doing this for about 10 or 11 weeks and already I've lost 4" off both my hips and waist and 1.5" off my bust so I know it really works. I have a TON of weight to lose so 4" has made a big difference and I've really flattened out and more in proportion. Congratulations!!!!

So nice to hear from others how we are doing in their eyes!

How's it going with your veggie intake, Bellalucia?

congrats bellalucia!! I've been on SBD for 6 weeks. I lost 15 pounds. Most of them from my middle like you. I was lookıng like 3-4 months pregnant when i started. Now my belly looks really leaner. Also my husband was on diet with me for support. his pant sıze was 38 and he became a true 36 in 6 weeks.

I'm sure you will see more obvious results in a few weeks. The more you see them the more you get motivated.

I must be doing something wrong! Maybe I am eating too much or too little...DOn't know. I follow allowable foods list from Phase 1, walk 4-5 days about 3-4 miles average.

My menu on a typical day is:
BF: 2 scrambled eggs with a serving of veggies + coffee OR 1 small bowl lentil + veggies
Snack: 1 laughing cow cheese wedge+V8 OR I can pepsi with walnuts(handful)
Lunch: Salad+Fish OR Veggies+Lentil/beans
Snack: Coffee
Dinner: Chicken + Veggies OR Beans/Lentils + Veggies+ plain yogurt with cucumber
Fugescicle

Water plenty+crystal light

Some days are purely vegetarian because I dont like too much fish/poultry. Sometimes I get frustrated and cheat but that's rare and I always try to make up with extra walk or cleaner menu.

I am trying really hard but the scale is just not moving. I feel better but it's not like my measurements have changed or my clothes are falling off...Just maybe slight change over all.

I also take vitamin C, D and green tea extract capsule (but honestly I'm not regular with these -always forget to have them)
All comments are welcome

Hi,
Being that you do like those lentils, I will remind you that a bowl is not a serving size. We are "encouraged to include them 2 times day", not 3 , and 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup is a serving of either beans or lentils, not a bowl unless its a very small bowl.
How much water? How much Crystal Light? Can you do more water and less Crystal light? I'm sure that Pepsi is a diet one...right?

How long have you been in phase I? Which veggies are you eating?
