Default Need carbs count in COSTCOS CAESAR SALAD

I bought a Costco's Caesar salad today for lunch from counter where you can order food and they fix it for you. I don't know the carb content it is a big salad so I would probably eat half it has
cherry tomato's
shredded cheese
Caesar dressing it like it is 1/4 cup of it
and sliced chicken breast it looks processed.

I messed up big time but I am back on track today and I checked the keto stick and I am out of ketosis. I am hoping to get back in burning fat quickly. When I was doing great the keto stick always read "small traces" don't know why.

For breast I had

I cup of coffee with cream (2tbp) = 1
P3 protein portable small pack = 3

and now it's lunch:

One average cherry tomato has 1/2 gram. Cheese could be as low as 0 or as much a 1 gm per slice.
Caesar dressing - .5 gm in Tbsp serving size - could be more, or a bit less depending on brand and whatever, much of that is from HFCS.
Chicken - if its not breaded - nearly 0.

However its missing main ingredients - like what lettuce ??? what else ? carrot sticks ??

Cream in your coffee ??? is that heavy whipping cream ? or some 1/2 and 1/2 types.

I can easily see how the salad can easily be over 20 gm. Cream could also have milk and hence more of those "ose" things in it.

Thanks.
Srinath.

I use heavy whipping cream from home which is 1> for a tbsp.
the salad didn't have carrots the lettuce was I think light green. I hate half of it and I had 2 small cherry tomatoes so I will count that as 1. I am thinking the total was about

4 including the dressing

Lettuce is 1 gm in 36gm. You're likely well under the 36 gm.
You probably are under 4 then.
Thanks.

You really need more fat, and less protein, if you want to both be satisfied and get into ketosis. But, I'm sure you know that it will take as long as it takes. The first time is usually pretty rapid, but cycling in and our can make it tougher.

Enough fat, and it's much easier to stick with it, and NOT fall down.

Next time you are getting a salad at Costco, pick up a bag of the Kirkland chopped bacon, and throw some on there, for flavor and fat.

Of all the things I get from Costco, that's the one I don't want to run out of, because I use it all the time. Heh. Tonight I made a stir fry with frozen raw shrimp and broccoli slaw. Of course, I threw in a couple of handfuls of the chopped bacon!

You might want to toss the keto sticks. When I used them I rarely got any color at all. Yet I'm losing weight & my bg is doing great. I think they're a waste of money.

Oh yea, but I think its the keto-adapted state that made it look pale pink. But who knows.
Thanks.
Srinath.

Spices? Whatever seems good. What I used on Monday was liquid aminos (like soy sauce, but without the grains), a little Sriracha, some salt, ground pepper, ginger and curry powder.
