BBC Horizon program 2004
Hi,
I've just done a quick search in this site but couldn't find what I was looking for although I am surprised because I would have thought it would've been talked about so aplogies if there ARE threads for it.
I was searching youtube for recipes and came across BBC Horizon's program on the Low-carb/Atkins diet. I was amazed by it's findings and thought it wasn't biased yet inconclusive. I realised this program was made in 2004 so what's happened since then? Have flaws been found in the research and/or other things weren't considered?
BBC Horizon program
Has there been any irrefutable findings since then? I'm enjoying the Low-carb diet but it would be nice to feel the proof rather than faith or opinion!
Thanks very much.
