Here is a recipe for your new low carb restaurant your going to open in the future. It is totally free no royalties expected
Cook 2 chicken breast seasoned with pepper and garlic powder
Heat olive oil in sautee pan. Add one clove garlic chopped with salt ala James Barber
quickly remove from heat to avoid burning.
Add one small package of dryed porcini mushrooms that have been rehydrated in 1/2 cup warm water to garlic olive oil mixture.
Bring to a boil and add half a package of washed spinach. Reduce with a little white wine.
Top chicken with mozzarella top mozzarella with pepper and garlic powder.
Spoon 4 tsps of brown rice on plate top with half of the spinach porcini mixture top with chicken and mozzarella. Repeat call up a friend and eat. Absolutely delicious. Maybe to add some more layering to the flavors you might add some sundried tomatos.
