I just found this recipe and I wish I had found it 30 minutes earlier! I just made the exact same dish but my recipe used instead of the yogurt to stick the spices together. Damn! I used the honey already but next time will use your less carbo version. Thanks. ( it is very delicious and nice cold the next day too, unlike most lamb dishes).
