Is the food "cheat sheet" posted a few days ago accurate? Things have changed a lot in nutritional info since 1993 In the CALP book, zucchini was o the Carb Rich List. Couldn't believe it. I'm finishing up my second day. Evening has ALWAYS been my binge time. I had a snack about 3:00 and dinner at 6:30. Are Carb Reducing foods allowed after dinner or should it be protein or neither. Just anticipating.

hi-
the Cheat Sheet is based on the CAD book. For some people zuchini does sem to trigger- the list is right our of the book. Later books change the food lists a bit.
The cheat sheet is a guide- the books are the source.

The best way, IMHO, to do your evening meal is to make sure you have enought protein and veggies. ANy snacks and meals except for your carb meal, the "Reward meal", are only protein and veggies. All of the CAD plans limit carbs to once/day.

HTH-
