Day 5 and I am so gassy it is embarrassing! Does it pass?

I didn't have that issue while on phase 1. I'm sure it has to do with the veggies you are eating. I know brocc, cabbage causes my hubby gas. He found that by sprinkling a little Balsamic Vinegar over it helps with the gas.

beans and beans the musical food, the more you eat the more you ..... !Always 's caused that problem with me. I try to limit it to 1 tbsp a day, but i do enjoy my hummus

Hi and welcome!

If you are eating more raw veggies than your body is used to digesting, that could be why you are having gas. It should pass in a few days. Maybe cut back a bit on the raw and cook more of your veggies.

I find that I have that issue when I eat string beans...go figure!
