Default EKG results-can anyone help?

I'm wondering if anyone who works with EKG tracings could help me understand these results. I went in for a heart screening done by a local hospital and received these results asking me to follow up with my PCP.

Rate 80 Sinus Rhythm ...................normal P axis, V-rate 50-99
Short PR interval, accelerated AV conduction ...PR less than 110ms
PR 99 Borderline right axis deviation .....................QRS axis 90,110
QRSD 94 Borderline T abnormalities, inferior leads .......T flat/neg, II III aVF
QT 376
QTc 434

--Axis--
P 14
QRS 90
T -22
12 Lead; Standard Placement

I have an appointment scheduled. I'm just curious in the meantime if anyone can tell me what this might indicate.

Sorry, I don't know what those readings mean. Hopefully someone here can shed some light on that until you see the doctor.
