Default You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy pseudo Matzoh Brei for beakfst

You start with one sheet of Lavash. Wet it with water and squeeze out thoroughly. Tear into pieces and add four eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pan fry in butter. (option add dry onion flakes but this will increase carbs.)

A nice texture change from the usual scrambled eggs with whatever you have been adding.

Hope you enjoy.

Alan

lavash is a wheat-flour unleavened bread, is it not? Do you have nutrition information and carb counts for 1 "sheet" of lavash, Alan?

I use to buy a Low Carb Lavash Bread at Tom's Health Food Store in Lake Mary Florida and I think the carb count was 3 per sheet. I am trying to find the product on the internet but with no avail. Sorry.

Seems like regular lavash wouldn't be much lower in carbs than a sheet of matzah.
