Shrimp Marinara
This is an awesome way to have dinner on table in under 15 minutes, using just "emergency supplies" (don't need anything fresh).
cook 1 lb frozen shrimp on stove top
in separate pan, heat 2 cups of marinara (I used Simply Enjoy, but Rao's is similar in stats).
throw 4 oz shrimp in a bowl with 1/2 c sauce, then add 2 tbsp parmesan, crushed red pepper and parsley.
makes 4 servings- each is 230 kcal with 2.5 net carbs, plus 2g fiber.
this is also good over sauteed broccoli slaw with garlic, roasted green beans, roasted asparagus, etc....
