didnt feel good all day, after staying up all nite, then my computer almost crashed and I had to do a full restore, yet it works like new so far........
No workout at all; I went to eat chinese with my brother today, he rarelyis in this town............i only ate some chicken and some veggies...
tomorrow I have to go for a walk or something if I feel better, I have a flu like feeling.
