Wow, I am glad I have this Journal here, or I would lose track of what I have been doing.......I took a couple days off, because I was doing too much and my abs hurt so bad.
Wednesday workout so far.........
200 steps on stair stepper
25 crunches TG
50 Leg press
"I am watching my four month old grandson right now" Luke....so it is difficult to do much until my daughter picks him up....my third day watching him.........his brother had to have surgery, so this is why I have had him for so long. I am going to miss him when he has to leave though!!!
