Elsia - So true!!! I have had extra water in me make me gain 4 inches in my waist!! My doctor says in women we hold our water in our thigh and waist as well as chest. Men are more evenly distributed.

I'm finally starting to see my abs...

Nothing decent yes, but hé, for a long time I didn't see anything.

The internal belly fat is still protruding, so what it al started is still present... But not that bad anymore, when dressed it is no problem, and in swimwear like this morning I only felt a little of my focus on the belly left in my mind.

A couple of months more...

Hi all, I'm not new in the forum but new in this exercise part of it. I have a question about belly SKIN. From what I have heard from people I know who have lost on Atkins, the belly skin that is left is a problem. I am assuming this has something to do with age and the skin's elasticity. I am 63 years old and loosing very slowly, but wondered if any of you have any idea about shrinking the whole belly, including the skin? Thanks.
