Hello from the Netherlands

Hello I have lived in the netherlands since january of this year. I started my diet just after returning from the states. I purchased Dr. atkins books. I have done this diet before (years ago) and had very good luck with it. Now I have stared again but I am in a new country where I do not speak much of the native tongue and I am have a very hard time finding things to eat. I really need things to bake and cook with, so if you can help please contact me
