I'm going to have to call off plan for June 7-12. I'm traveling to upstate NY and will be staying with friends. I intend to stay on plan but ... no telling what they'll want to do. We normally go out to eat quite a bit and they already mentioned Chinese. I'd prefer: sushi, Mexican, steakhouse, wings ... This visit will be different because I generally eat OMAD, which will be different for a visit up there. I am driving up there so I can stay on plan on the full driving days: 6/6 and 6/13. I'll be making chaffle sandwiches for the drive up there. Might just make tuna salad for the drive back.
I made it to 158. The unexpectedly off plan Saturday. So I am at MOMD #2 for Monday 6/7. And I’ve called the rest of this week as possible off plan. I will stick as close as possible.
45 days MOMD. Declaring a possible treat today: DH is on vacation, and wants to go to Dairy Queen. We haven't been since 2019. I hope they still have the mini Blizzards. They're the perfect size. The cup is about 8 fl oz, I think.

Congrats Kristine! And enjoy the vacation day with DH.
I've seen this thread many, many times, but for some reason I had it in my head that it was a journal.
So I have now been cheat-free for 175 days. That's with NO days off. It is my intent to not have any days off until I reach my goal, so if I cheat, planned or not, I have to restart my counter.
Hey WB! I'm one of those people that tends to be impulsive, so I like the idea of this little deterrent against impulsive off-plan eating. I'll do it if/when there's a special occasion.
About a week ago I was being tempted by some things and, somewhat to my surprise, the thought of losing my Cheat-Free Day Chip and having to start over at Day 1 was the most powerful deterrent -- I was simply not going to lose that chip!
