Default difference between protein powder, whey protein

and whey protein isolate...... can anyone pls tell me ?

I recently bought some protein powder from woolworths in the health food section, I wanted to know can i use this for baking biscuits or cakes and not just used for protein drinks ....

Also, what is carbquick ?? what can be used to sub that..

Hey Samina,

I have a vanilla whey protein at home. Whey is a protein derived from milk, but thats all I know. I'll check what brand mine is when I get home tonight and will let you know.

I've used it combined with almond meal to bake cookies and make peanut choc bars. YUM!
