Can you over eat on south beach food.I fill like I eat to much .

Oh, sure. You can overeat on anything. Don't eat past satiety and you should be on your way to re-learning when you're hungry/full. Do NOT...in my opinion, anyway...try to eat "more" in order to fulfill some quota. Or at least, that has never worked for me.

If you're feeling over-full, try eating less at one sitting while still staying within SB proportions.

Yes, it is easy to overeat on any plan. I manage to still overeat!

Are you eating according to the meal plan chart?
If you wouldn't mind posting some of your menus, I can help you see where you maybe eating too much.
