Gee-Ma - What an inspiration! I am in the same range as you were when you started and my goal weight is where you are now! I cannot wait to write my success story. I started this WOL again on 9/12/07 and would like to reach 160 lbs by this time next year. Your story helps give me the strength and reassurance that not only can this happen, but it may happen earlier than my goal date. That would be MARVELOUS! Thank you for sharing your story.

One question...how much exercise did you incorporate into your journey?

Hi Jenna ty ty... I bought a Tony Little Gazelle on craigslist.com. It was used and I got a good deal on it. Fantastic workout and it doesn't hurt my knees..lol. I also have one of those ab chairs I bought at a sporting goods company. I think Walmart has these ab chairs too. I did a lot of walking, not as much now though. I keep right on doing the gazelle workout and the ab chair just as much as I ever did, keeping this weight off is the absolute hardest thing I've ever done. I tell myself EVERYDAY I can't go back to my old eating habits, my old routine.... I just can't

Jenna.... you are doing great! I agree with you on your goal, it can happen by this time next year, no doubt

I had to laugh at your hot dog story...been there done that. I used to order 2 drinks when I was at fast food restaurants so they would think all that food was for 2 people not just me.
Your pictures are amazing! "A picture is worth a thousand words" You are absolutely inspirational.

Hi,

Do you think it's so much hard work to keep off because you lost it so quickly?? Or why else do you think it may be, but isn't so hard for some others?

I am so glad that you posted. Your story and your photos inspired me - and I will turn to your story for encouragement when the going gets tough.

It was what I really needed to see to get through the night.

maybe you are the support i need. I have never been as big as I am now, and I don't know what to do. I am just all around not happy. I want to lose around 75 lbs and I get hung up because I am out alot and need to get food on the run...and I HATE chicken..so it is so hard to find stuff to eat.

I hope that I am not bothering you, but i need people by my side.

Pam
