I'm not Jag, but I'll try to help. I plugged your info into the calc and I couldn't finish because I don't know how active you are. Your BMR total was 2033. You need to take that number and multiply it by one of the following (whichever describes you best):

I do not work out, physical activity is minimal 1.3
I exercise and perform moderate amounts of physical activity 1.4
I am very active, on the move and exercising at least 4 times per week 1.6
I am extremely active, exercise daily for at least an hour 1.8

For example: If you exercise and perform moderate amounts oh physical activity you would multiply 2033 X 1.4 = 2846.2

In order to lose weight you would want to stay 10-15% below 2846.2, So you just need to subtract 10-15% from 2846.2 and that is how many cals you would want to have a day.

Steven according to your PM multiply by 1.6 and subtract 10-15% maintain that calorie level for a week and see what happens.
