Default when to change stats

When do you all change your stats? Do you wait to see the new weight for a couple days before you trust it and change it on your stats?

Good question.

I don't want to change it every day either, even though my weight seems to change every day. I guess I just put the average.

I suppose it's up to you. I choose a set day per week to weigh in and record any changes. You could also choose say, the 1st of every month. Whatever rocks your boat.

That's what I do too, I change it when it goes down but not when it goes up. That is, as long as I haven't been cheating. The way I see it, the little ups I get are because of TOM or water or whatever and they're not real weight gains. However, if I've been cheating then they are real gains and then I put it up after a few days. I haven't had to do that on this WOE yet, I'm just starting my second month on the plan.

Nope, my weight stat stays the same until I lose again, no matter how long that takes or how many little fluctuations the scale makes. Works for me!

I weigh myself every morning, if I have a loss, I make sure it's gone two days before I change my stats, I would just hate to have to change it back, if it came back Happily I think I've only had one week, that I was up and down with the same stubborn pound

I also change them whenever they go down. If they go up I'd give it a week to go back down before I would adjust my stats up. For example, right now my stats say 231...but, I weighed in this morning at 232. My fault, yesterday I tried to eat one orange and ended up eating 100g (net carbs) worth of florida oranges. I'll give it a week to come off before I adjust my stats up.
