Plan: Atkins Indunction (DANDR)
Location: Atlanta, GA
M - 30 min High Impact Step, stretching
T - 20 min cardio , weight training, stretching
W - 30 min High Impact Step, stretching
T - 30 min Slow Step (Toning Large Muscle groups and Low Intensity cardio), stretching
F - 20 min cardio, weight training, stretching
40 min Hi Impact Step included abs. Used 1 set of risers. Not a lot of stretching afterwards. I struggled with this class. Not sure if it's because it's Monday or what.... I did get my second wind towards the end. It felt Good!!! Sweated my tail off!! Face was beat red! Really pushed myself!!!
20 min Elyptical (broke sweat)
20 mins weights.
- tricep kickbacks 3 sets of 12
- bicep curls 3 sets of 12
- lat pulls 3 sets of 12
10 min Floor stretches for legs and back. (this felt wonderful! I love stretching!!)
NOTE: definitely notice a difference in motivation when working out alone. The class gives me the extra push to get me moving. Might sound crazy but I had a thicker tee shirt on today. Actaully fit me which Im not used to. Im used to them being big and baggy. So the shirt bothered me and when I started getting warm and sweating I felt constricted and VERY uncomfortable.
Company Luncheon today during my gym time. Hate it when they do this... maybe I can get some exercise in tonight on my new elyptical!! (new to me .... a friend has had it for a yr and never used it. She decided she wanted to get rid of it.)
Today is DH's birthday! Made "Sam's Fav Chocolate Cake". Yes that is the actual name of it. lol Damn thing is made from scratch! That means I sifted the flour,salt, baking soda all the way down to melting the chocolate bark down for the icing! Him and my son had a slice for breakfast this morning and they both loved it!! Mission accomplished!!
