went to the gym today. had off and then a tummy problem yesterday so i took it easy today. did 15 minutes of ellipical machine and got a mile done. not bad. the rest of the time was weights

inverted leg presses 8 reps 8times with 90 pounds. will increase next time

back extention 4 reps of 130 pounds 10 count
ab crunches with a 5 pound weight 2 reps of 10. was too light so next time is 10 pounds.

10 minutes in the suana not worth it today.

got on the scale at the gym and it read 176. not bad.

ok here's my list for today
ellipical machine 20 minutes(wasnt feeling it today)
leg presses 120 pounds 2 sets of 10
inverted leg presses 100 pounds 3 sets of 8, 90 pounds 1 set of 10
suana was priceless today

didnt go to the gym today. was a little sore and tired from being up late. tomorrow i think i will do more legs and thighs but will stay on that evil contraption called an ellipical machine for 45 minutes. want to do an hour so maybe if i do two 30 minute periods it might help. i also need to work on the crunches.

got to the gym and saw my old battalon officer. worked out with him and he was pooped before i was

ellipical machine 30 minutes
inverted leg presses 3 sets of 90
ab crunches on 30 degree incline 5 sets of 10 with 10 pound weight.
no sauna today boys and girls. its raining outside and it felt great to walk in it for the cooldown period

ellipical machine 30 minutes(no cool down)
inverted leg press 90 pounds 3 sets of 8 (will increase to 100 tomorrow for shits and giggles)
ab work at home 100crunches (50 in am and 50 in pm)
maybe a 2 mile walk tonight.

a very hard workout today that was totally fun
hour on ellipical machine(crying)
inverted leg presses 3 sets of 10 with 90 pounds
inverted leg pressed 3 sets of 10 with 100 pounds
back extentions 3 sets of 15 with 130 pounds
sauna 20 minutes
being chased around inthe gym priceless
waterfight outside the gym with a white tee on (really priceless)

26 minutes of ellipical machine
about five miles of walking
leg presses 6 sets of 10 with 100 pounds
back rows 3 sets of 10 with 50 pounds
sauna priceless
walking pass the bus stop even better

ok this was from friday

45 minutes of ellipical machine
3 sets of 10 inverted leg press with 100 pounds
3 sets of 8 inverted leg press with 105 pounds
3 sets of 10 pull downs with 50 pounds
3 sets of 10 row with 50 pounds
time in sauna priceless
5+ miles walking from date

wow i really havent been posting my workouts lately. well this was for today

1hr on stationary bike level 4-5
inverted leg press 3 sets of 8 with 100 pounds

was too sore from the bike to try anything else

forgot to post yesterdays workout. it was the same as mondays.

today's workout
30minutes on stationary bike level 5
row 3 sets of 8 with 50 pounds.
lots of walking
tomorrow will be a better day
