Most people here will be following one of the many low carb plans.
I started off on Atkins and still you could say that that is basically what i am doing - onward weight loss. I've read many books since then and so bits about how yoghurt and more evenly spreading carb intake throughout the day etc have crept in.
Remember Atkins is only 20 g carbs during induction. Whilst you can stay longer to many people think of Atkins as only be 20 g carbs a day.
I've noticed there are increasing number of UK members doing Charles Clark which is a simple version of Atkins, without the theory and without case studies.
