Default welcome

I cannot handle the feeling of "starvation"....so the calorie counting doesn't work for me....I do Atkins....and have lost 40 lbs...I chose atkins because I am a carbohydrate addict and the first two weeks of atkins is pretty strigent...get's you off of the addiction....You may feel like crap the first week, but as you go through the second week on induction you start feeling great...I haven't felt this good in 10 years...

On the first two week so atkins you keep your carb count under 20...If you're working 60 hrs a week...this should be just fine for you if you pack your on lunches...I sent to work with my hubby..items that i get from wal-mart suppercenter....jimmy dean frozen sausage that are in individual packs, tyson fire roasted chicken breast....salads with blue cheese, or whatever cheese you want...with olive oil and red wine vinegar that he takes in a jar...pieces of chicken, or left overs from the night before...just keep plenty of meat available for you at work...We bought a microwave egg boiler from wally world that he uses at work in the microwave...He takes a carton of eggs to work and uses the microwave...You can also find a scrambled egg microwave cooker....take sliced chicken, turkey and make roll ups with cheese inside....

I'm a carb addict so this works for my dh and I...We gradually added back a few carbs at a time...Once in a while we have some strawberries with cream....but not while in induction...

At wally world you also can buy a 64 ounce dieters insulated mug that will hold your minimum water that you need a day...just fill up...

Hope this works for you...trisha
