It does sound good...
I've thrown over my usual egg dish for whatever is in the house, and am eating later when I don't have a schedule (not working now)...
so today it was decaf/HC and 1/2 can roasted garlic and tuna in olive oil w/mayo and a SF strawberry Jell-O.

The green onion sausage is by Sam's Choice and comes in links. I picked it up at Wal-Mart and cooked it in the oven. As far the eggs, I just fried them up and added cheese on top. It was actually really good. Trying to get back to basics .

scrambled eggs with cheddar, diced leftover steak, and jalapeno peppers. I also had a leftover hamburger patty and a glass of water with 2 tsps. of psyillium powder and apple cider vinegar.

Three eggs scrambled with cheese and leftover taco meat (beef, salsa, taco seasoning). I also had some peperoni.
