It's Volcano Steak, have not you heard Robyn? It's all the rage in my house

Since our body's require nourishment, which is kind of a brutal act; before/during/after I might as well be a bit light hearted about it. Note the swaying palm trees of basil. The islander is quite unaware of his fate... "Wiiilllsssoooonnnn!!!!????"

Ah! ooooh that's just a one-off thing based on Blob Gravy...

- fat from bacon and steak in bottom of pan
- measured out 28g of Flax Meal
- mixed this into the fat and got it to "almost smoking"
- added handful of fresh basil chopped and mixed (saved some ends for trees)
- added sauerkraut juice from bag, any liquid will do - ACV works too
- stired like crazy, actually ran for a whisk
- added chii paste
- whisked in 2 scrabled eggs
- stir stir stir
- add liquid to find right consistency for constructing

I'm not even sure what too call it. it's just sort of like ... ah ... I don't know.
