Thigh Divots...
OK, so I'm not a golfer, but those creases/depressions/cavities may be a combination of both fat distribution--which is an individual thing and varies with each of us--and age. I think as one loses weight, the fat comes off here and there, not unfortunately, in a smooth way. Many of us end up with those cottage cheese thighs, even if we're relatively slim(mer) than before. I've been a runner for nearly 23 years (3 miles, 3-4 times a week at a fair clip) and my thighs still have a vague "corrugated' look to them! Then again, I'm nearly 53, so what do I expect?!? I'll never have those smooth 21-year-old gams again! As well, I'm more of a pear shape, and tend to gain there vs. around the abdomen. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents worth! Better THIN lumpy thighs than the alternative...
