Does anyone here do Body for Life or Women's Body for Life? I am just getting things together so I can start the 2006 BFL Challenge in January and looking for others who are doing the challenge or have already done one.

I love BFL, but I don't think I ever got past 8 weeks before something distracted me. There is a BFL thread somewhere in this exercise forum, I'm sure there are people that don't get side tracked so easily.
