Default Me and My Treadmill

Here is the story of me and my treadmill.

On Feb. 1, 2005, Ben used his treadmill. Acting stuped, Ben used it with out the clip on his waist. The clip is connected to the mag key and if you are to far away from the mag key then the clip will pull the mag key and shut down the treadmill. Anyways, Ben then started to see what he could take on the treadmill. He, could go up to three MPH with incline 10. Then Ben pressed 10. It was WAY to fast for Ben. Then Ben wanted to see if he could run 10 MPH. He could not. Once he started to, he triped. He was laying on the treadmill with the belt running on his stomach. Ben got a really bad injury. Ben now has a big red "rope burn" on his stomach.

Moral of the story is... ALWAYS USE THE CLIP!!!

See Ben run. Sorry, just could not resist that one.

About 10 years ago I was using mine in the garage when the power went out. I still remember how fast and furious it threw me off the thing. Wearing the clip did not help me then but it's good for every other scenario.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

Default Thought about you today

I was testing a new pair of staggering shoes at the running shoe store on their treadmill and I saw the clip and key and thought, "Oh, I know what that's for!" Wouldn't have if I'd gone on Tuesday like I'd planned.

Hope you're doing better.
