I tend to like the WATP better, as I live in the south and it gets very hot and humid. I get great results either way, but let me update you on my progress so far with WATP. I started in June with the 2 mile, I did it for 4 weeks. I now do the 3 mile super fat burn and have done this now for I think 5 weeks. From June 20 to July 17, Ive lost 13 lbs and 12 inches,just by doing her video once a day for minimum of 4-5 days per week.
Im going to invest in her 4 mile dvd also and upgrade to it the beginning of Aug. I also use 3 lb dumbells.
