Default carb refeeds?!?!

I've used Carb redress a few times in the last year, and while I'm aware they aren't NEEDED I'd like to know if anyone messes with it or not.

Basically I ate 40g carbs 4-6 days per week then I ramp up the carbs to maybe 300g 1-3x per week. Never really noticed a huge difference in performance or body comp, so I quit altogether.

Not sure what "Carb redress" is, but I have tried CKD and TKD, better luck with TKD for me.

I too would stay low several days then ramp it up, having a "full tank" really did seem to make a big difference for particular heavy glycogen depletion events. Never really felt I had it all worked out, but the big refeeds were not right for me.

Anyway, I am months away from trying that again but plan on doing it again. Good luck with your efforts.

Thanks!

Redress must have been a typo. Im not too keen on predictive text anyway...

Refeeds....

Ive been sticking to potatoes for my carbs, with the occasional corn tortilla.
Im taking closer to 200g cho and my progress isnt really different.. still hovering at 12% bodyfat.

I do plan to get to 8% roughly sometime close to may 1st. I will skip the carb-ups starting end of feb, and stick tightly to optimal ratios of proteins and carbs.
