Default smoothies - recipe?

I'd like to find a smoothie recipe that would cover all the nutritional requirments. I often end up eating at my desk. I particularly like pina colada flavors. Any thoughts? We have two smoothie places near by work, and could probably get them to make most anything--even using my own protein powder.

Hi there.....

Why not just make up your own?

I start and end my day with a protein shake and have been using a brand that I particularly enjoy called Whey Gourmet. Though on occasion I simply mix the powder in water, the following is the combination that I most often use and it certainly meets my nutritional needs:

1-1.5 serving of Whey Gourmet Protein Powder
1-2 oz heavy cream
5g l-Glutamine
1-3 oz frozen Strawberries or Blueberries
Process in a blender and stir in 1-2 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil after blending (to avoid oxidizing).

The end result is a shake that is thick, creamy, delicious and definately filling.

HTH
