I just made your Basic Vegetable Cream Soup and just loved it!! I do have one question though. You state in the recipe that "Other vegetables can replace the cauliflower...." Does this mean that one should NOT replace the broccoli with any other vegetable? I noted that you said that you could replace the cauliflower with MORE cauliflower which really didn't make sense to me. So I'm thinking that you meant that we could replace either vegetable with another vegetable. Am I correct?

Is this the recipe for the "Pureed cauliflour soup" that you referred to in the "comfort foods" post? Also, total calories refers to the whole pot?
