I knew someone would point out the nuts. When I ate the roasted n salted peanuts I could NEVER limit them! I stopped buying them and got the raw ones, much better! Those I could limit but sometimes not, so now I don't even buy them... now it's almonds! I got them, ate them and a couple of days ago I roasted them, "cinnamon bun" spiced them and whent NUTTS!
Galatia- Hmm, I checked Stillman's out. How long do you stay on that diet, how many calories and what is the % ratios? Is'nt that a lowfat diet? I also looked at your pictures, wow! I guessing thats your goal. Maybe we can help each other out. I could check your fitday journal and you mine
I'm sure both of us could get a better idea of what works or not that way. Deal?
I'n now doing the Egg Fast and when I'm done the nuts will be pretty much be gone! I know that it has been to much of the "carbs/fats/prot"s, but then again almond are only 1 Net Carb per talblespoon (0.1/almond). How many should I limit them to when I do eat them?
