Anyone can join at anytime.
Just copy LAST post and add your name at the bottom of the list, or if there are people above 5 lbs to go, add your name after that last 5 lbs to go person. (We bounce up sometimes
Use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge.
Start at 5.0 lbs to go.
Update your weight as often as you like and move yourself up in the ranks accordingly.
When someone loses 5lbs we have a WINNER!
Then we start a new thread and begin again.
There can be more than 1 winner in the same day.
