Default Low carb with Egg White Allergy

Hi,
I have an egg white allergy, I can still have the yokes just not the whites. Is there a low carb/keto friendly egg white swap? Everytime I put the question into google I come up with high carb vegan swaps(aka: banana, apple sauce)
I want to be able to make the low carb mock french toast but is calls for 2 eggs.

:/

I fry my eggs in bacon drippings and only eat the yolk. My dog gets the whites!

I never made that but if I were you I would use 3 egg yolks and scramble it with a little cream.

I was talking about this a few days ago with my daughter who knew intuitively when she was little and would tell me no whites but me not wanting kids to waste food, I would tell her to eat it, there's nothing wrong with it..
I wish I had known then what I know now about the allergy but I just didn't know that that was a real thing, just thought it was a kid who didn't like a certain food.

DUcks eggs do have a white, just a smaller proportion. OFten duck eggs are referred to as " richer" than chicken eggs for this reason.

Since leaving you this note, I read of another person that cannot eat duck eggs either. Seems to be a person by person possibility.

While turkey eggs are hard to come by, We often eat turkey eggs in the spring when Im not hatching.,
