hi all..thanks again. Well I have been out for 2 walks and to the grocery store, cooking food all over the place for friends dropping by....I think I got this backwards...aren't they supposed to bring me food

anyway, feeling good and since I am off work all week I am going to try and build up my walking to 2 miles a day by the end of the week...we will see how it goes....and then next week...bring on the pink dumbells

well went for an hour and 20 minute walk today...feeling good, and trying not to over do it.

My wife and I bought our daughter, who turned 2 last month, a pair of those pink dbs. She's so cute she lifts them up over her head and says... one and two and three... LOL
