Hi folks. I love reading your posts and think I will join in, just to stay on track.
Questions: What is HWC? cream of some kind, right?
What is hnh?
Today: 2 yolk omelet with 1 T. cream, 1 oz. cheese
3 Pork meatballs, 2 oz. pate, 5 slices cucumber
1 coffee with splenda and cream
1 tea with splenda and cream
11 macadamia nuts
green salad with mayo mustard vinegar dressing

I have been on induction since 15 of May, but nothing has shifted yet. So I upped my fat, reduced my protein and cheese. I hear some people don't lose eating lettuce, but I need some fiber so I'll stick to it for now.
Daytime at work is easy - it's at night at home that I just want to nibble, and drink tons of tea and all that. But I did good today!

Ldahling, HWC is whipping cream - how great is this way of eating when heavy cream is on the menu?

On the fiber note - have you used the flaxmeal "muffin in a minute"? It became my standard breakfast once I found the recipe and is a ultra-good source of fiber - and totally Induction friendly. Look it up in the recipes section, the variations are amazing.
