Question Has anyone read Eat Drink and Be Healthy?

I just read a great book called "Eat Drink and Be Healthy". It recommends a diet that seem compatible with the LC WOE but different too because the author, Willette, does not like saturated fats and likes whole grain carbos. He suggests that high protein consumption may cause bone loss if continued for more than a few weeks. The author suggests that the same type of weight loss (as LC) can be obtained by sticking to low glycemic index foods.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this book?

It sure sounds like common sense, but I don't want to stop losing weight. I confess that I really would like to add back in a few high nutrient carbohydrates!
