Broccoli Salad
1 bunch Broccoli (cut into flowerets)
1 head cauliflower (cut into flowerets)
2 bunches green onions (diced & chopped)
1 cup real mayo
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T sugar or sugar substitute
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz cubed Monterrey Jack cheese
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and green onions in a large bowl.
In a small bowl make the dressing. Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
Add the cheeses and dressing to the broccoli mixture and stir to combine everything.
