Default Vitamin D

I haven't taken Vit D and K this summer cuz, it's summer and I'm too lazy to order more. Bang, sure enough my fall ragweed seasonal allergy just kicked in, something I haven't had in a few years.

BTW, which vit K is recommended?
Carlson Vitamin K2 MK-7 (Menaquinone-7). this one?

[I]I am taking Super K from LifeExtension. I order it on Amazon with my D3. I am taking 20000 units of D3 and two tabs of Super K/day. My vit D lever is normal this year for the first time since 2007.

I like the Super K from LEF myself. I take 5K units of D3 daily.

My blood levels are fine with that.

You can get low cost blood tests if you join LEF.org - but you can't use insurance. Sometimes they are lower than my co-pay though.
